60,000 in city have migraine problem

MIGRAINE is estimated to affect as many as 60,000 people in Sheffield.
Recent research reveals that over 81 percent of sufferers cannot always control their migraine attacks while 71 percent say migraines leave them unable to function.

But a new website is offering people a better understand of the head pain conditi
on and how it impacts on their lives.

At www.migraineactionplan.co.uk sufferers can create their own migraine management strategies based on a review of not just their physical symptoms, but also the impact their migraines have on their time finances. Sufferers can identify their personal triggers and review the effectiveness of their current treatment.

Thanks for posting about migraines, I also suffer from them, but more often- chronic headaches. I checked out the management action plan site you mentioned as I already extensively track symptoms and triggers (I believe mine are hormonal related).
