DNA paternity testing kits as used to expose real dads on TV's Jeremy Kyle Show are on sale at Sheffield bargain stores for £4.99.
The kits are available off the shelf at branches of Home Bargains after the firm teamed up with the company which provides DNA tests for the popular ITV relationships talk show.
The product, which can be used to determine paternity, maternity, sibling and grandparentage, is being sold at the firm's shops across the country including its Sheffield branches.
The kits have been created by Merseyside-based AlphaBiolabs and a statement on the firm's website reads: "Establish the biological father of a child using our paternity test kit with confidential results available the same working day.
"You can collect your DNA samples using our paternity test kit in the comfort of your own home. Once we have received your samples we will start the testing process and within 8 hours you will know the biological relationship between the samples."
It added: "AlphaBiolabs are fully accredited to perform DNA paternity testing using 24 markers. We utilise the latest DNA test technology to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our genetic testing.
Although the DNA test kit itself only costs £4.99 there is an extra charge of £99 to obtain the results from the laboratory.
The kits are available to purchase off the shelves at the firm's branches in Sheffield.
