I can’t believe what I’ve just read in today’s Star, (Monday, August 17). Hold on, I’ll re-read it to see if I got it right, yes a 41-year-old mother is complaining about having to pay £17 to take her seven- month-old baby girl to see the Owls play.
Who in their right mind would take a very young baby to a football match?
She wouldn’t understand what’s going on, it’s just ridiculous.
All I can say is they must have got very good jobs to be able to afford season tickets, football strips etc.
Don’t moan about the cost of the child ticket when you are spending God knows how much just to watch a football match. Think of the child and not yourself.
