Hillsboro' plea for times past

PEOPLE are being encouraged to send in their memories of a Sheffield district.
Hillsborough Local History Group are appealing for memories and photographs of the area for a display that will form part of the Hillsborough Show, at Hillsborough Sports Arena on Saturday August 30.

Their stall will show off the items, plus maps of Sheffield, while BBC Radio Sheffield will be showing old cine-film reels of the city. All the memories collected will be displayed in a book of quotes.
