DO ANY readers know/or knew, a Jimmy Rodgers who lived at 120 Parson Cross Road, Wadsley in 1936?
The reason is, I've acquired a diary (don't know where it's come). It was given to Jimmy for Christmas by auntie Nellie in 1935. I was going to throw it away but it seems a shame if someone recognises the name and would like it. Please contact me through The Star and I will post it to you.

Maybe even Jimmy is still alive to reclaim it, as it's a schoolboy's diary. From the entries, it seems Jimmy was exceptionally good at maths and a good artist.
TB, Rotherham
