CAN you help David Smith to find his late father's family?
He says: " My father Frank, son of Edward Smith and Mary Hill, was born in 1928 at Motehall Road, Sheffield. He moved to Scotland after the war with my mother Sylvia and me as a baby. I know he had a brother Percy, born in 1920, who died in 2000 and a sister, whose name I do not know.

"I include this picture of my father's wedding as there is on it, a man I believe to be Edward, my grandfather and perhaps someone might recognise him?"

•Contact: David Smith at 9 Elm Grove, Larbert, Stirlingshire FK5 3LP.

CAN you help Mrs J Brown to trace her mother's family?

Mrs Brown, from Oxfordshire, says: "The family came from the Sheffield/Rotherham area. Their surname is Ollivant. My mother's father's name was William and her mother's maiden name was Annie Elizabeth Jervis. I believe she had older brothers and sisters. My mother's name was Maud and the youngest child was Ester. If there are any members of the family who knew my mother or were related to her, I would love to hear from them."
