A REUNION is being organised for 'old girls' who started in their first year at the
Rotherham High School for Girls in September 1951.
A small group of former pupils have arranged a reunion dinner at The Consort Hotel, Rotherham on Saturday, September 13.
Patricia Macredie said: "We have already managed to trace around 50 of the original 90 or so, but are finding it dificult to obtain contact details for the remainder.
"We know from our current list that ex-pupils are now scattered across the country, and in some cases are
living in other countries. In fact we have two old school friends making the journey from Canada to be with us. It should be an occasion to remember, and we would love to see a maximum crowd there."
