Stunner Laura Gregory is preparing to compete in an international pageant after being crowned Miss Intercontinental England.
The 26-year-old, from Todwick, Rotherham, beat off glamorous competition from 70 other beauties in the national pageant heats to take the top spot.
In preparation for the competition, Laura made over 50 public appearances to support local businesses and charities, and hosted a number of her own charity fundraisers.
These efforts were taken into account at the national competition which also saw Laura scored on her appearance, confidence and poise, in a swimwear, fashion and evening wear show.
A panel of judges also fired questions at Laura during an interview stage before bestowing upon her the top title.
Laura is now looking forward to competing against females from around the world in October when she’ll travel to Jordan for the Miss Intercontinental pageant.
“I was really overwhelmed when I was announced as the winner,” said Laura.
“I’ve been competing in pageants for a number of years but this is the first time I have won a national title – I’m so proud to be representing my country.
“The competition will be high as there will be girls that have competed at international level before, but I’m determined to do my best.”
In preparation for the pageant Laura is working hard to maintain her slender figure while also building up her stamina for a charity Sahara desert trek in November.
Laura added: “We’re judged over two weeks, with the main event being the final pageant – it’s going to be tough but I’m really looking forward to it.”
