Singer and songwriter Rebecca Ferguson has announced her rescheduled UK tour dates, which include a show in Sheffield.
The 29-year-old from Liverpool was forced to cancel the original dates – which had included a concert at City Hall next month – due to recording commitments.
The rearranged show at Sheffield City Hall has now been confirmed for Friday, November 11.
A City Hall spokesman said: “All tickets remain valid for the new date. Customers who cannot attend the new date should contact their point of purchase for a refund.”
Rebecca shot to fame when she finished as runner-up to Matt Cardle on ITV talent show The X Factor in 2010.
She has since enjoyed chart success with singles and albums.
Her three albums so far all reached the top 10, with debut album Heaven also reaching number 23 in America, while three of her singles have reached the top 20, including top-10 hit Nothing’s Real but Love in 2011.
And Rebecca is excited to get back on the road again.
She said: “I have been working on my new album and it is sounding great.
“I am so pleased with how it’s all going. It’s almost complete; I can’t wait for you to hear it and to perform it live as well as some of the material you already know and love.
“I have made the decision to change the dates for my tour and focus on getting the album ready. I know this will be an inconvenience for a lot of my fans but it’ll be a great show... and worth the wait.”
