Yali Wetlands Sauvignon Blanc

Part of an environmentally friendly range from Chilean producer Viña Ventisquero, Yali is a young and fresh Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, particularly grapefruit and pineapple, and a mineral freshness.

Apparently the granite and stone hillside vineyards in Patacon, Coastal Lolol (Colchagua Valley) are well suited to Sauvignon Blanc wines. Yali also has body and richness and it’s a great winter aperitif.
