Wheelie great idea to keep shoes in beautiful storage

A GIRL can never have too many shoes - but storing them all can create quite a challenge.

Enter shoe storage specialists Tszuji and their latest innovation, the Shoe Wheel.

Spinning away from traditional shoe racks or shoe storage systems, the Shoe Wheel is an ingeniously designed mobile storage unit with 20 expandable pockets that can hold up to 30 pairs of shoes depending on the size and style.

It was designed by a former aircraft engineer who decided there had to be a better way to store shoes.

He felt that with people living in increasingly confined spaces, a shoe storage system that was both aesthetically pleasing as well as practical and space saving would be the perfect solution.

He spent four years tweaking the design and named it Rakku, which is Japanese for rack.

Shoes are inserted into transparent pockets through elastic-like bands that keep them from falling out. They are positioned so that one pair will not soil and crush another.

Tension controls on the sides ensure it won't spin out of control and, to choose a pair of shoes, the wheel can be rotated to make a selection.

The see-through vinyl pockets are adjustable so you can add shoes of any style.
