Teenagers turn on the style for prom night

THESE Doncaster school pals knew how to arrive in style!

Danum School Technology College pupils Lauren Fazackerley, aged 17, Keri Sapey and Emma Hodgkinson, both 18, turned up at their Year 13 prom at Doncaster Racecourse in a classic Morris Cowley car.

And they were not the only ones making an impression at the event, which was held at Doncaster Racecourse.

Pals Hannah Shaw, Helen Allanson, Harriett Dutt, Hayley Thompson, Laura Blessed and Lisa Revitt turned up for the party in a Rolls Royce.

Dozens of teenagers from the Intake-based school turned out for the event, which for many will be the last time they see one another in a school context.

Year 13 pupils have now broken up for the summer, with many hoping to head off to university later in the year if the achieve the grades they need in their A-level exams.

Danum is one of a number of schools in Doncaster who hold a prom to mark the end of the school year.
