Safety firm adopts student's design

DONCASTER College design student Reuben Crow has had his work adopted by a Doncaster health and safety firm.

Reuben, aged 20, who is studying on the Visual Communication degree course at the University Centre Doncaster, has helped re-brand Amberlight Safety's visual identity.

The firm approached Doncaster College, which operates the University Centre, for assistance with their branding earlier this year, as students are regularly set real-life challenges to work on during their course.

Kev Finnegan, managing director of Amberlight Safety, said: "During both the consultancy phase and getting the finished product to me, I was greatly impressed by Reuben's ideas and design ability."

"I was also impressed that he got the product completed in time for deadlines - it was a thoroughly professional job from start to finish."
