Masterchef winner turns up the heat at Doncaster College

BBC Masterchef winner James Nathan was impressed when he joined Doncaster College hospitality and catering students to prepare a buffet for distinguished dignitaries.

James and the students made the lunch for guests at the MWP Magazine summit conference at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre in Sheffield.

James worked alongside the students in The Hub's kitchens and said he was very impressed with their talent and enthusiasm.

He said: "It's great to come to a vocational college where the students are really interested in learning and improving their skills. They are at college because they want to gain the skills to go into employment and there are some really skilled students here.

"We've been working on lots of different food and I have been really impressed by what I have seen and the food produced has been fantastic."
