Tracey Gregory, one of the owners of Talk To Media, an advertising and marketing agency based in Doncaster, took last week’s Ready, Steady Cook challenge and put Millhouse Green grandmother Sue Marshall’s Quick and Easy Gnocchi recipe to the test:

“Running your own business can be quite stressful and the last thing I want to do when I get in is spend hours in the kitchen making tea, although I do like to eat fresh and healthy food,” says Tracey. “I’m also a vegetarian so the meat-free gnocchi recipe looked perfect for me.

“The recipe was really easy to follow and only took 20 minutes from start to finish. I served it with garlic bread, though I didn’t eat much of that, as the gnocchi was really filling. The dish was really tasty. Even my husband liked it and he’s not a big fan of pasta. I will definitely use this recipe again. It was quick, easy and tasty - with very little washing up!”
