AS several pairs of fancy celebrity feet prepare to descend for the Strictly Come Dancing tour show, winner Kara Tointon confirms that romance might just have driven her to the top.
By the time the former EastEnders star had reached the final of the massive BBC show the tabloids were bristling with reports of her relationship with professional partner Artem Chigvintsev hotting up off the dancefloor.

Following the fairytale ending, 27-year-old Kara agrees that extra chemistry could have helped. But would the romance have happened had she not got as far in the competition?
"I don't know," she smiles on a quick visit to Sheffield's Motorpoint Arena ahead of the tour landing on Monday and Tuesday.
"That's interesting, but I'm not sure. I think it's a bizarre way to meet someone and out of choice it's not really what I would have wanted. But, at the same time, you can't help what happens - we were both single and got on so well.
"I was expecting to get either Anton Du Beke or James Jordan - those were the two I said I'd like to dance with - so it (romance) was the last thing on my mind and I guess that's when these things happen, when you're thinking about them the least.
"Normally I've got quite a good view on programmes, but when you're in it you don't know what people are watching. I'd watch our dances to see how we were progressing. I thought it might look a bit cheesy and that's why I didn't want it to happen, so I was just trying to learn these dances and that was all I was thinking about.
"I'm not complaining, though. It was a life-changing experience in all realms."
