It's a knock-out charity fund raiser

FORGET Beijing - Doncaster's training providers held their own Olympics in an It's A Knockout style.

The Doncaster Association of Training Managers Olympics took place at Doncaster College's High Melton campus on Wednesday - all in the name of charity. The event, in aid of children's charity Cash for Kids, saw more than a hundred staff and students taking part.

The day was split into two with dry activities in the morning and wet activities in the afternoon.

Teams taking part included representatives from Doncaster College, Oracle, Morthyng Vocational College, Engage Training and Development, YMCA, Northern Racing College and GTA.

The team from Doncaster College came out on top. Team members were Kelly Redfern, Susan Smith, Samantha Lewis, Christine Battley, Pete Riley, Chris Noble, Christina Judge, Craig Gore, Helen Garner, Ben Grayson, Matthew Waite, Lee Ramsay and team mascot Debbie Calvert.
