Click the Play button to watch a sneak peek of The Full Monty.
This version is an Americanised musical, and comes to Sheffield City Hall from August 17 to 21.
Adapted from the 1997 British film, the story follows six jobless steelworkers in Buffalo, New York.
Like their Sheffield counterparts they have no cash and no prospects. And like the film they set out to make quick cash by becoming male strippers.
But while the plot may be set in the US, just like the movie it's the Sheffield talent who are set to steal the show.
Denton Williams plays Horse in the Croft House Theatre Company production, Martin Peacock is Jerry, Daniel Fenwick and Joe O'Reilly play Nathan, Louise Walker is Pam, Mark Taylor is Teddy, Chris Badham is Dave, Leah Rhodes is Georgie, Fiona Hannon is Vicki, Steve Clarke is Malcolm, Jonnie Halliwell is Ethan, Judi Johnson Hart is Jeanette, Olly Blagden is Keno, Robert Ferguson is Reg, Steve Pashley is Tony, Kate Parkin is Estelle, Ruth White is Susan, Jill Beckett is Joanie, Geoff Fenwick is Marty, Andrew Stansall is Gary and John Atkinson is Minister.
The show runs from Tuesday to Saturday. For tickets, call 0114 249 6000.
