Extra-marital dating is their affair

A LOCAL hotel boss used to tell the Diary of the man and woman who regularly booked a room for a "business meeting" and emerged flushed several hours later.

So perhaps there is something in what Sara Hartley says. To listen to her you'd think the hotel industry is surviving on rooms booked by illicit lovers for haveitawaydays.

But then she runs the extra-marital dating agency www.illicitencounters.com

"During times of crisis, marriages and long-term relationships can be put under considerable strain," says Sara.

"For many married men and women an affair is the ultimate escape. To them, this kind of spending is not like buying a new TV or gym membership, it is a necessity."

She claims her 310,000 members spend an average of just over 3,000 on nights of passion with people they shouldn't.

Just like Zach Braff in the film The Last Kiss, having an affair with Rachel Bilson (pictured).

Now that couldn't be happening in Sheffield,

could it?
