Date for big walk is fixed
WALKERS have plenty of time to prepare for the annual Bawtry Walk which has once again been organised by the local branch of the British Heart Foundation.
This year's event takes place on Sunday September 19 and the five mile route covers a pictureseque route through Bawtry Forest.
Those raising most money in the junior, adult and team categories will be presented with trophies at the annual awards ceremony in the New Hall, Bawtry.
It is the branch's biggest event of the year.
