Boy hit by bus near school
A BOY was injured after he was hit by a bus near a Doncaster school.
Police said the 12-year-old's injuries were not life-threatening.
The accident happened near Ridgewood School at Scawsby on Friday afternoon. The boy was hit by a Volvo single decker bus on Barnsley Road.
Police closed the A635 from Copley Crescent for most of the afternoon after the 1.30pm incident was reported.
