Performing arts school scholarship is up for grabs

Have your say

Budding performers are invited to apply for a national theatre school scholarship which will give them free classes in Sheffield for a year.

The prize is being offered by Razzamataz Theatre Schools – a franchise backed by Duncan Bannatyne after the owner appeared on the Dragon’s Den television programme.

Those wishing to enter must film a two-minute clip of themselves performing a musical theatre song and dance, street dance, pop song, drama improvisation or scripted drama piece.

Last year, Ella Lacey from Sheffield won the scholarship and met performer Lee Mead in London.
