Organisers of one of Sheffield’s biggest community events are appealing for people and organisations wanting to book stalls to get in touch.

Lowedges Festival, which last year attracted 15,000 people, is to be held on Sunday, August 11, in Greenhill park, Lowedges.

Stephen Rich, of organisers Greenhill and Bradway Tenants’ and Residents’ Association, said: “All stalls and pitches at the car boot must be pre-booked and we are asking for people to get in touch and reserve stalls early.”

The festival includes music, dance, a medieval and living history show, animal displays and competitions plus classic vehicles on show.
