Auditions for Britain’s Got Talent will be held at Rotherham College for the first time on Wednesday, December 3.
Auditions for Britain’s Got Talent will be held at Rotherham College for the first time next month.
The show will visit Rotherham College on Wednesday December 3 as it reaches out further than ever before in the search to find the best talent.
Executive Producer Amelia Brown said: “Britain’s Got Talent has an amazing record of celebrating amazing talent and changing people’s lives – from Susan Boyle and Diversity through to Paul Potts, Ashleigh and Pudsey and this year’s winners Collabro.
“They all took a chance and applied for the show and that’s what we want the people to do this year. We can’t wait to see the talent that Rotherham has to offer.”
Rotherham College says it is a ‘hub for young talent’, with guitarist Lee Malia of metal band Bring Me The Horizon and West End actress Nikki Taggart studying there.
A college spokesman said: “Their talents flourished after developing their skills on a performing arts course at the college.”
The college is also holding auditions for its own courses in December.
More details on how to audition for Britain’s Got Talent at Rotherham College will be released on the college’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/RotherhamCollegeofArtsandTechnologyOfficial
