You can understand why girls want to make it in modelling.
All those gorgeous designer clothes, the fancy make-up and elaborate hair-dos...
But the lure of the catwalk must surely be less appealing if you're a man?
Just look at what stylists have done to the poor lads in these pictures from London Fashion Week and spring-summer catwalks in Madrid..
When they signed on the agencies' dotted line, did they realise they were waiving all rights to self-respect and masculinity?
I cannot imagine that even in their wildest dreams did they expect to be squeezing themselves into Kermit does disco metallic green leggings, or worse, gold ones neatly cropped to display tattooed-on kneecaps and shin bones. Which, let's hope to God, don't catch on.
No wonder the chap in the skin-tight, toup-print catsuit looks browned off.
