Cartoon caper at theme park

THE magical world of Gullivers Kingdom at Matlock is again proving a firm favourite with children , especially now that Dora the Explorer and Diego are making regular visits.

The popular theme park at Matlock Bath has daily visits from the cartoon characters, so youngsters can meet them and have photos taken, plus Dora and Diego-related activities to entertain youngsters waiting for rides.

Gullivers Kingdom boasts 64 rides and attractions, most of which are perfect for children of all ages, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

The park is split up into magical areas, including Lilliput Lane, Fantasy Terrace and Dinosaur Kingdom, each offering rides, eating places, activities and space to run.

A one-off entrance fee means children can go on as many rides as they can cram into their day without parents worrying about the cost.

Rides include the Switchback roller coaster, Log Flume, pirate ship, ferris wheel and drop tower. Visit www.gulliversfun.co.uk or call 01925 444 888.
