READING Mrs Giles' letter (July 29) re Hugh the Staffy, brings to mind (May 28) the Staffy dog blasted in the mouth with a shotgun and left to die in a derelict warehouse, crying and screaming in pain.
Its injuries were so severe, it was put to sleep. Why aren't these people punished?
