Taxpayers let down by huge EU fraud

I SEE that the European Union is currently losing 6.5 million euros to fraud.
I suppose for an annual figure that could be worse.

Ah, but the trouble is that that was the figure for every day in 2007!

Knowing the EU we may safely assume that this estimate will be pitched towards the lower end.

I am a taxpayer and I do not mind. I expect most other people who pay taxes feel just the same.
