IT'S about time this Government came clean on what they are really up to in regard the NHS. Their intention is to privatise wherever possible, with the patient coming a poor second best. The PM has stated he is going to listen - he's obviously missing two hearing aids.
The health minister, Ben Bradshaw, has already proposed the takeover of NHS hospitals by privateers, stating that the Government is looking to sell franchises in NHS hospitals. Tax payers' money will end up in fat cats' pockets and less will be spent on the patient. As for our local surgeries, who can say what's intended for them?
Whatever happened to democracy and the freedom of choice? Is the PM going to listen? He intends to privatise large areas of our NHS by fair means or foul. Many areas of the NHS are already in the hands of profiteers that most of us know little about.
