Roads and crime not bags of grass

I AM not sure how many residents would agree that spending £260,000 of council tax to collect bags of grass is money well spent. Sheffield Council leader Paul Scriven says people want doorstep recycling collections.
I would have liked to see the new council concentrate on more important priorities: crime, road surfaces, services for the elderly etc.
