Pupils and students making buses late

In Sheffield there is one bus service that is quick, straightforward and direct: the Brown Line route, 53 operated by First Mainline, which runs every 10 minutes, but that is not the case!
In both directions buses are almost full or fully packed!

Why?

This route serves an annoying amount of schools and colleges.

Firstly it's Norton College and Meadowhead School. Then the pupils and students I see on the 53 inbound service are
going to All Saints School and Castle College!

What do you think? Post your comments below.

Other side of Sheffield, it's Hillsborough College and finally Parson Cross College.

In the morning between 8.15 and 9am and afternoon (3 to 4pm), it is late, not on expected time or missing.

And especially from 8.30 onwards it is packed with noisy, mindless and senseless pupils and students, who want other passengers, including myself, to listen and hear their loud music and voices!

There is only one reason why 53 is running late in the mornings and afternoons: pupils and students.

They are delaying the service and other passengers, who need to get to work.

First should consider introducing a new bus service for pupils and students just like the 80 University bus service.
