I HAVE just received a fine for parking in the Meadowhall Retail Park.
The fine is for £95 which is a huge amount of money. It is excessive to say the least.

I also have concerns about the signage at that location as I was unaware that I could be fined for parking there for over three hours.

Have any of your readers had the same problem?

I only parked there at night when there were about 40 cars in the same car.

I had been to the Centretainment to watch a film but the car park there was full.

Don't payt it then. It's not legally enforcible.

If it was from Excel Parking Services ignore it - they've got 6000 unpaid "fines" and dont enforce (just send intimidating letters). Also do NOT appeal - they want your address to make their life easier to intimidate you...
