SO, once again, the Prime Minister seeks to shift the blame for the world's woes on to ordinary families, this time we are all buying too much food and chucking it away!
Does he ever watch those cookery programmes where top hotel chefs consign plate after plate of expensive food to the bin, simply because the portions aren't symmetrical?

When he compares the amount of food he buys in with that purchased by the hoi polloi, does he take into account how many meals he actually eats at home?

And, when was the last time he nipped round to the back of the kitchens at Westminster and saw for himself just how much of their nosh ends up in the bins?
Dave Froggatt, Primrose Lane, Killamarsh S21.
