IS Chapel-St-Leonards near Skegness in danger of becoming the poor neighbour of nearby Ingoldmells?
On a recent visit, I found Chapel-St-Leonards in serious need of a rethink. The facilities are minimal; the local council should take a good look at Ingoldmells and provide facilities for the tourists who bring in the money.
