REGARDING a statue for Derek Dooley.
It would be most fitting to have a statue of Derek Dooley, a much-loved man, but please not at Bramall Lane. If SUFC want to place their own tribute there (and similarly SWFC one of their own at Hillsborough) all well and good.

Surely, Derek was
a man who belonged to the whole of the city and should, therefore, be honoured in the city centre, where everywould would have access? How about the top of Fargate, Peace Gardens or the Winter Garden?

Mrs JL, Sheffield S11.
