I AM sick to death of Sheffield City Council conducting endless, populist opinion polls about things such as 'traffic congestion hotspots' which have been the same problem – and got worse and worse – for a quarter of a century, when we elected these people TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
PS Thanks but no thanks for the green bin bags.
