all seeing eye,

02/12/2008 09:22:52
Was Mr Scutt prosecuting or defending? If the section of motorway was "close to total darkness", meaning vehicles did not see Mr Gombar's car until it was too late." Then he should have slowed down. Simple really. He is a no better than anyone else who is stupid enough to use a phone, let alone text, whilst driving. He should be jailed and his peerage removed. He has lost all of any credibility he had. A man is dead because of his actions and despite his solicitors clever use of language he killed somebody. He was doing what he tells us not to do, the phrase stinking hypocrite comes to mind. Will the judge bottle it and jail a member of the establishment? Will Brown not grasp the nettle and let him remain a lord? You bet.
