THE body of a north Derbyshire man who went missing two months ago on the holiday island of Kos has been found.
Stuart Crane, aged 60, from Bolsover, Chesterfield, was found in hills above Kardamena on July 30, according to Greek police.

The father-of-three had been missing since the end of May.

His live-in partner Christine Crane, 55, of Pleasant Avenue
, Hillstown said a post-mortem examination had not yet been carried out on his body but did not wish to comment further.

Mr Crane was on holiday in the area to celebrate his retirement from mining.

His son Tony, 41, said his father had phoned home before he went missing saying he had hit his head and lost his memory.

It was reported that Mr Crane's £1,500 holiday money had gone missing, but police investigating his death would not confirm this.

Mr Crane was due home on June 5 but never returned to his hotel.
