Joanna Tyssen was jogging along Ecclesall Road South in Whirlow, Sheffield, when she noticed the man by a tree.
As she ran towards him she realised he was exposing himself.
Joanna, from Ecclesall said: "I felt really frightened because there ar
e no houses close to the road at that point and there was no one else around."

The man is described as white, aged in his late 20s and wearing baggy, dark coloured jeans and a dark hooded top.
