Kate tunes up for charity hits

Kate is so full of positivity, she’s actually singing about it.

She has grouped together female musician friends to record an album of hit songs representing love, strength and courage.

“We chose the songs that make us feel better when we listen to them. It’s a heart-warming album for women,” smiles Kate, whose sweet, melodic voice appears on most of the tracks.

The CD is selling for £10 on Facebook and already over £1,000 has been raised.

Profits will go to Breakthrough Breast Cancer, the research charity.

She’s planning to film a music video featuring local children for one of the tracks and is collecting poems from women around the world who have experienced or been affected by breast cancer.

Already she’s received inspirational pieces from as far away as Florida and Romania, from professional poets to children. She is collating them into a book which will also be sold for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

To buy a CD, help to film Kate’s video or submit a poem for Kate’s book, search for ‘KMG’s Breast Cancer Campaign’ on Facebook.
