It’s been a month since Action Desk contacted Sanctuary Housing over £1,000 of damage to Keith Chadburn’s car.
Since then it has said ‘the matter is in the hands of our loss adjusters’.
But yesterday Sanctuary changed its statement to: “Our loss adjusters are in contact with Mr Chadburn’s insurers and the matter is being progressed.”
It comes after a slate landed on Keith’s motor in high winds in December last year. He had it repaired through his insurers Saga, but paid a £200 excess and saw his premiums rise. If Sanctuary admits responsibility and pays Saga the repair costs he’ll get his money back.
