Robin Hood helicopter bid

YORKSHIRE Air Ambulance bosses will he asked why their helicopter could not be based at Doncaster's Robin Hood Airport.
Sheffield Council leader Paul Scriven has called an urgent meeting after it was revealed the service's helicopter is to be moved out of Sheffield to West Yorkshire.

He said he was "disappointed" at the plans and has arranged talks with the charity's bosses to try and keep the helicopter in South Yorkshire.
