A DONCASTER pub is exporting its skills to Poland - for a soccer tournament.
The Horse and Groom Athletic football team, based at the East Laith Gate pub, are taking their skills across the North Sea for an end-of-season tour of Poland.

"One of the bar staff here - Monica Bujak - is from Poland and she helped us arrange a game in her home town of Tarnow," said Andy Gilly, team manager and secretary.

"It's a bit unusual, but it's so easy to get there now from Doncaster airport. A couple of the lads have been to Poland before to watch matches but it will be a new experience for most of us.

The team fly out on Friday May 23.
