A QUARRY inspector has admitted a boundary at a South Yorkshire site where a schoolgirl was crushed to death was not adequate to deter trespassers.
An inquest into Amber Worth's death was told an earth mound and ditch around the perimeter of Carlton Main Brickworks in Grimethorpe, did not meet regulations.

Amber, 13, of Park Avenue, Brierley, died last April. The inquest continues.
