Council shirts theft alert

A BOGUS officials alert has been issued after thieves stole Doncaster Council polo shirts off a washing line in Cusworth.
The Safer Neighbourhood Team shirts were taken on Tuesday after a woman had put them out to dry with other items of clothing at her home at Grove Avenue.

On her return she found four council shirts had been stolen off the line.

e communications officer PC Jo Moss said: "Police are concerned that the clothing could be used under false pretences."
