ESQUIRES Coffee Houses were today due to open their latest branch on the Wheatley Hall Retail Park in Doncaster.
It will be run by Doncaster businessman Steve Patania, who spotted the vacant unit on the retail park earlier this year and, believing the shopping parade was well in need of what he describes as a 'refuel and retreat' venue, he began his search for
a coffee house franchise, finally reaching a deal with Esquire.

Steve said: "Being from the area, I visit Wheatley Retail Park on a regular basis and I've often thought about how nice it would be to stop somewhere to relax and enjoy a nice drink and snack between shopping.

"When I noticed the empty unit, next to Greggs, I knew it would be perfect as a coffee house and I turned to franchising as the most secure option for changing my career path."

It is the company's third premises in Doncaster.
