A DONCASTER businessman has organised a coast-to-coast bike ride next month to raise funds for people with cancer.
Paul Seaman of Quality Lifestyles says the epic cycle trip is a first for many of the riders and is likely to be quite a challenge. The route takes in 160 miles over two days from the Cumbrian coast to the East coast.
“It can lead to some sore bottoms but it is for a great local cause!” he said.
All money raised will go to The Aurora Centre at Don-caster and the Montagu hospital.
Anyone wishing to help raise funds for Aurora can also join in a Care to Run race at Sandall Park on Sunday September 7. Log on to www.auroracentre.co.uk for more information.
