A SOUTH Yorkshire woman was sexually assaulted by two men after she became separated from her friends during a visit to a local beauty spot.
The 25-year-old woman was attending the Queen Spectacular concert at Clumber Park, near Worksop, on Saturday when she lost her friends during the fireworks display.

The victim attempted to find her way back to the main car park, but when she got t
o Lab Crossroads, off Lime Tree Avenue, she saw two men standing nearby.

One of the men grabbed her then pulled her into the wooded area, where she was held down and sexually assaulted.

The men then ran off leaving their victim extremely distressed.

The first offender is described as a white man, aged 19 to 20 and slim to medium build. He was wearing a blue tracksuit top and bottoms, blue baseball cap and white trainers.

The second man was also white, aged 19 to 20, and medium to heavy build. He had thick, blond, wavy hair, and was wearing white tracksuit bottoms with a black stripe.

A Notts Police spokesman said: "We are keen to speak to people who may have seen two men hanging around this area, and would ask anyone who took digital photos or moving footage of Lab Crossroads around 11pm to contact us."

Contact Worksop police station on 0115 9670 999 (extension 7132) or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
