A MAN who died when he was struck by a lorry on the A1M in South Yorkshire has been named as 21-year-old David Brown from Scunthorpe.
He was killed on Friday after he crashed his Peugeot 406 into the central reservation, got out of the car and tried to cross the motorway.
The accident happened on the southbound carriageway and Mr Brown was struck as he tried to cross the northbound lanes between junction 35 and junction 36 at Warmsworth.
