THESE youngsters should be looking a picture of health - as their school has just won award for promoting its pupils' well being.
Armthorpe Southfield Primary, Coppice School, North Ridge Community School, Stone Hill School, Thorne Green Top Primary School and Denaby Main Primary School were all presented with the national Healthy Schools Award at Mansion House by Doncaster's deputy director of public health, Dr Rupert Suckling.
They took the number of schools achieving the award in the borough to 100.
Healthy Schools consultant Paul Burns said: "The aim of this award is to help raise awareness of the importance of enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
"We are proud that a hundred schools within Doncaster have now gained the national Healthy Schools Award. This recognises all the work that teachers, pupils, parents and governors have put in."
